WHO THE TRAINING IS INTENDED FOR:
This course is suited to all who manage or those involved in manual handling tasks
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
To revive or introduce the correct skills of manual handling and personal assessment of the risk, by looking at the task, individual, load and environment. Identification of the hierarchy of safe manual handling and the assessment of practical lifting techniques.
REMEMBER YOU ONLY HAVE ONE BACK
At the end of the course delegates will understand and demonstrate:-
- Their duties to safeguard themselves and others from injury
- How to assess what is safe lifting
- The importance of implementing safe lifting techniques
- By practicing several lifting techniques.
