WHO THE TRAINING IS INTENDED FOR:
This course is for the first line supervisors / foreman's who have the responsibility to communicate the Health and Safety message effectively.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES
Delegates will be able to:

1. Understand the role and responsibilities of presenting a Toolbox Talk which is effective and sufficient.
2. Formulate the talk topics into an effective message.
3. Use body language and communication technique to present to all audience.
4. Practically deliver a Toolbox Talk by being confident, positive and controlling your audience.

Delegates will undertake a practical presentation session during this course.
