MST Solutions Limited in association with MS Associates Limited has acted as planning supervisor for many different clients and under the new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 can offer its clients the CDM Co-ordinators role
Our primary role is to:-
- Advise and assist the client with his/her duties.
- Notify details of the project to the HSE.
- Co-ordinate health and safety aspects of design work and co-operate with others involved with the protect.
- Facilitate good communication between the client, designers and contractors.
- Liaise with the Principal Contractor regarding on-going design work.
- Identify, collect and pass on pre-construction information.
- Advise on suitability of construction phase health and safety plan
- Prepare/update health and safety file.
