MST Solutions Limited in association with MS Associates Limited has acted as CDM Co-ordinator for many different clients and under the new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 can offer its clients the CDM Co-ordinators role
Our primary role is to:-
- Advise and assist the client with his/her duties.
- Notify details of the project to the HSE.
- Co-ordinate health and safety aspects of design work and co-operate with others involved with the protect.
- Facilitate good communication between the client, designers and contractors.
- Liaise with the Principal Contractor regarding on-going design work.
- Identify, collect and pass on pre-construction information.
- Advise on suitability of construction phase health and safety plan
- Prepare/update health and safety file.
